Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desirable Experience

• Active Minnesota SLP license required
• Prior experience in a school-based setting is preferred
• Ability to work effectively with students in elementary, middle, and high school
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Skilled in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Flexible, compassionate, and eager to empower diverse learners

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and screenings to identify students’ speech and language needs
• Develop and implement targeted therapy sessions, both individual and group
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families to support student goals
• Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide consultation and resources to staff and parents regarding communication disorders
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices
