Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a meaningful impact in the lives of students as a contracted Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), working with elementary, middle, and high schoolers in a dynamic school setting near Eden Prairie, MN. This role provides the chance to collaborate with educators and families to support students' communication growth and academic success.

Qualifications:

• Current, active Minnesota SLP license required
• Prior experience working in school settings is highly preferred
• Comfortable engaging with diverse student populations across elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to approach challenges with creativity and a student-centered mindset
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students’ unique needs
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services for students with a range of communication disorders
• Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and timely progress reports in accordance with state and district guidelines
• Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings, eligibility determinations, and professional development activities
