Qualifications and Experience:

• Current and active Minnesota (MN) SLP license required
• School-based experience strongly preferred; familiarity with elementary, middle, and high school environments is an asset
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Understanding of IEP processes and documentation standards

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech-language pathology services to students individually and in small groups
• Conduct assessments, evaluate communication disorders, and develop effective intervention plans for students across various grade levels
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff to develop and implement student-centered goals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory guidelines and school policies
• Consult with and offer support to teachers regarding classroom strategies and accommodations
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
