School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Concord, California

In this role, you'll work with a caseload of approximately 25-30 students across grades K-12, delivering individualized speech and language therapy. You'll have the advantage of a consistent 8am-4pm weekday schedule, plus the flexibility of one remote workday each month. The school year includes 213 days remaining.


You'll be supported by a dedicated administration team-both the principal and vice principal have backgrounds in teaching and offer exceptional guidance and mentorship to staff. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• SLP - CCC credential (Certificate of Clinical Competence required)
• Previous experience in school-based and/or healthcare SLP settings
• Knowledge of implementing evidence-based interventions for autistic students
• Confidence working with a diverse, K-12 caseload
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students with autism
• Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and maintain thorough documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, families, and administrators to maximize student progress
