Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Concord, CA

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid licensure or eligibility for licensure in California
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Experience working in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Fresh graduates with a passion for school-based therapy are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and families
• Provide direct therapy services individually or in groups
• Consult with teachers and staff to ensure accommodations in the classroom
• Maintain documentation, progress reports, and related compliance paperwork
• Support student development and advocate for their communication needs
• Participate in district or school-based professional development
