This role contributes to the mission of FrankCrum by recording and processing all incoming cash receipts in an accurate and timely manner.
#LI-AC1 The Attributes We Seek Keys to success in this position include knowledge of accounts receivable and bookkeeping best practices. High school diploma or equivalent is needed. Two (2) years of accounting or banking experience required.

- Records all cash receipts into the accounting system.
- Prepares and balances daily bank deposits.
- Balances deposits as processed to ensure accuracy.
- Notifies other departments promptly regarding NSF's.
- Research payments that do not match invoice amounts.
- Process monthly Cobra and Credit Card payments.
- Generate invoices as needed.
- Works with the Collections Department to manage unpaid debts.
