Strategic HR Partner - Manufacturing & Employee Relations

- Partner closely with business leaders to plan and timely fulfill their manpower requirements that are aligned with their business strategies. This includes driving effective workforce planning to enable the organization has the right resources to drive business needs.
- Proactively responds to and resolve employee relation issues such as employees’ grievances, complaints.
- Provide guidance and advice to business unit managers and staff on HR policies and practices as and when need arises.
- Support key people processes (performance, development, and career) to ensure that employees’ level of performance and capabilities meet current and future standards.
- Benchmark and recommend best HR practices for effective implementation of sound HR programs / initiatives.
- Regularly review and analyse employee’s attrition trends and reasons of resignation and suggest appropriate intervention to curb undesirable turnover.
- Participate in and support the implementation of global HR projects and initiatives, where applicable.
- Degree in HR
- At least 3-4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the manufacturing / semicon industry.
- Good understanding of HR practices and operations, including knowledge of employee relations and compensation & benefits.
- Familiar with local labour law and related statutory regulations.
- Sound knowledge of and exposure in employee and industrial relations.
