About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Outsourced Operations to take on a pivotal role in overseeing the performance of outsourced collection operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with a network of approximately 25 law firms involved in various legal collection activities. This leadership position involves driving collection revenue, establishing and monitoring vendor expectations, and ensuring compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations. The VP will also be tasked with improving law firm performance, reducing costs, and driving operational efficiencies to support business growth targets. Applicants for the Vice President of Outsourced Operations role at the company must have a minimum of 5 years' of collections experience in debt buying, debt recovery, or consumer collections environments, and at least 3 years' of experience in managing law firm networks or outsourced legal operations. A strong background in vendor management, leading large teams, and overseeing collection performance is essential. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader capable of holding vendors accountable, improving results, and partnering with executive leadership to maximize portfolio returns. Experience in debt purchasing organizations, multi-state legal collections, and legal performance analytics is a plus, as is previous leadership experience at the Director or VP level.
