Setup MachinistSetup Machinist - Mazak / Swiss West Chester, PA Hourly Rate: $27.00-$35.00 Shifts: 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts (Weekend and split shift options potentially available)Responsibilities:Responsible for running multiple machines simultaneouslySet up machines independently using setup sheetsRun first piece and confirm part meets printInspecting parts to tight tolerances and quality standardsFollowing established programs and supporting daily product in a regulated manufacturing environmentOperates and supports CNC machines producing high-precision medical device componentsResponsible for reading blueprints and precision measuring equipmentTroubleshoot basic issues and avoid crashesRequirements:Experience with Mazak (Integrex, 5-axis) or Star Swiss machinesExperience supporting changeovers and productionMust be able to read blueprintsMust be able to operate multiple machines simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail and mechanical aptitudeBenefits:Health Insurance plans including a 100% health insurance plan with an HSA option for eligible employeesDental and vision coverage401K plan with employer match (up to 3%)Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with free confidential support for employees and their familiesGenerous PTO offered in the first year, increasing with tenure7 paid holidays annuallyDefined career advancement opportunities
