Optomi, in partnership with a leading entertainment and streaming service provider, is looking for a Paid Media Specialist .
Position Summary: The Paid Media Specialist will help drive subscriber growth for a major streaming business through large-scale, performance-driven advertising campaigns. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of digital media, data, and entertainment, helping turn campaign insights into smarter strategies that reach audiences, drive conversions, and improve performance.

- Working hands-on with major advertising platforms and DSPs to support campaigns that drive audience growth.
- Seeing the impact of their work through campaign testing, performance analysis, and ongoing optimization.
- Collaborating with internal teams, agency partners, and advertising platforms in a fast-paced environment where there are always new opportunities to test, learn, and improve.
What type of experience does the right candidate have:
- 2+ years of paid media advertising experience, including direct-response campaigns focused on driving measurable results.
- Strong Excel skills and the ability to use campaign data to track performance, report on results, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Hands-on experience with DSPs and advertising platforms such as Amazon Ads, DV360, Yahoo, or Campaign Manager 360.
What the responsibilities are of the right candidate:
- Execute and optimize paid media campaigns focused on subscriber acquisition, conversions, and marketing efficiency.
- Manage campaign implementation, monitor performance against key KPIs, and ensure campaigns launch accurately and effectively.
- Analyze campaign results, test new audience segments and creative approaches, and identify ways to improve performance across channels.
