Villa Healthcare is seeking a Business Office Clerk to support the nursing facility's billing, payer setup, and AR activities. The role includes coordinating Medicaid applications, performing eligibility checks, and communicating with residents’ families to collect on outstanding accounts. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, payer processing, and familiarity with PointClickCare are desired.
