Salary: $18.00/hr Machine Operator/Assembler - 1st & 2nd Shift | $16.50-$18.00/hr + $2/hr Attendance Bonus | Wayland, MI Are you looking for a full-time machine operator job in Wayland, MI with steady pay, great bonuses, and overtime opportunities? Join a leading local manufacturer as a Machine Operator on 1st or 2nd shift. This contract-to-hire position is perfect for motivated individuals ready to grow with a company that promotes from within. What You'll Do:- Load and unload metal parts into production machines
- Use hand tools to assemble products
- Operate machines safely and efficiently to meet daily production goals
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Overtime: 4:00 AM - 2:00 PM - 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Overtime: 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM
- 1st Shift: $16.50/hour + $2/hour attendance bonus
- 2nd Shift: $18.00/hour + $2/hour attendance bonus
- Weekly paychecks
- Overtime opportunities available every week
