Join a high-output American manufacturer producing 40,000 units per week on a modern, robotics-driven plant floor. In this role, you're not stuck in an office you're on the line, solving real problems, keeping equipment running, and making a direct impact on production every single day. We currently have two openings on our 2nd shift team and are looking for hands-on technicians who thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, take pride in keeping equipment running, and bring a strong troubleshooting mindset to everything they do.

Responsibilities/skills:

• Welding & fabrication environment
• Focus on PLCs and robotics support
• High-speed manufacturing environment
• 1215 second cycle times

Qualifications:

• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and/or robotics troubleshooting
• Experience with Fanuc robotics and Allen-Bradley PLCs (strongly preferred)
• Manufacturing lineside support experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting ability and willingness to learn quickly
• Positive attitude with the ability to build strong relationships with operators

Experience Level:

• Targeting candidates with 23+ years of experience
• Flexible on years of experience if the candidate demonstrates: Strong troubleshooting skills, Drive and initiative, and Fast learning ability
