Billing Coordinator

They provide a safe environment, quality workmanship, and exceptional value to customers. ARB Inc. is hiring a Billing Coordinator in Fairfield, CA. Responsibilities Accurately prepare and process invoices Prepare and submit electronic invoices in accordance with customer requirements Collect, record, audit, and track labor, equipment and material tickets Code and approve third‑party invoices Conduct weekly job audits Manage collections on aging invoices Provide weekly customer cost reporting as required Photocopy, scan and print as required Provide miscellaneous accounting, administrative and clerical support as needed The workplace is drug‑free and all candidates are subject to drug testing.
