The role ensures adherence to contamination control protocols and quality standards while contributing to the fabrication of microelectronic components. Responsibilities include following detailed procedures, monitoring equipment performance, and collaborating with engineering and quality teams to maintain production efficiency.Roles & Responsibilities: This position has responsibility for:Generate and interpret reports for engineering and quality teams.Troubleshoot equipment and escalate issues per protocol.Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Mentor Level 1 and 2 Technicians on equipment and process standards.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and yield optimization.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production challenges.Maintain certification and training records for assigned areas.Execute production and ETR processes across multiple certified areas.Minimum Qualifications (Experience and Skills):2–4 years of related experience (semiconductor preferred).Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Ability to troubleshoot equipment and escalate appropriately.Experience collaborating with engineering and quality teams.Experience mentoring junior staff.Knowledge of safety and quality compliance standards.Proficiency in executing ETRs and certified processes.Strong analytical skills for data interpretation.Education Requirements: Associate degree in Electronics or related area, or equivalent education and experience.Work Environment: This job operates on the Manufacturing Floor.
