Connect Client Sales Representative

Rather than focusing on archaic outdated design, we strive to consistently question the status-quo and create new and more innovative ways to help aging adults and adults with disabilities maintain their quality of life./ppWith over 23 programs, we offer multiple ways to aid seniors maintain their health, well-being, independence and participation in the community, fulfilling our mission./ppInstitute on Aging seeks an experienced and dynamic Client Sales Representative to join our Connect call center team. You will play a crucial role in providing information and support to adults with disabilities, older adults, their families, and caregivers. Your responsibilities will include handling incoming calls, conducting outbound sales calls, offering resources, connecting prospective clients to appropriate services, and driving sales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. Connect Client Sales Representative reports to the Call Center Sales Manager./ppResponsibilities:/ppSales and Revenue Generation:/pulliAnswer inbound calls and conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients and leads, showcasing the benefits of our programs and services./liliMeet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the overall growth and success of the Institute on Aging./liliUpsell and cross-sell additional services and products, identifying solutions that meet the unique needs of each client./li/ulpClient Relationship Management:/pulliBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster loyalty and trust./liliAddress client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction./liliFollow up with clients to provide ongoing support and ensure their needs are met./li/ulpProduct Knowledge and Expertise:/pulliDevelop a comprehensive understanding of the Institute on Agings services, programs, and offerings./liliStay up to date with industry trends, market competition, and emerging opportunities to maintain a competitive edge./li/ulpTeam Collaboration:/pulliCollaborate with the sales and marketing team to strategize and implement marketing and sales campaigns effectively./liliShare insights and feedback from client interactions to improve marketing and sales strategies and client experience./li/ulpSales Reporting and Analysis:/pulliMaintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions using our tracking process and technology./li/ulpRequirements:/ppExperience and Education:/pulliProven track record of at least 2-3 years as a successful sales representative in a call center or similar environment./liliA college degree is not required; we welcome applicants who have developed the necessary skills and professional growth through relevant coursework, professional training, certifications, or equivalent hands-on customer service experience./li/ulpSales Skills:/pulliStrong persuasion and negotiation skills to convert leads into sales and overcome objections./liliAbility to listen actively to clients and identify their needs to offer appropriate solutions./li/ulpCommunication:/pulliExceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage clients effectively./liliEmpathy and patience to communicate with adults with disabilities, older adults and their families, showing understanding and care./li/ulpGoal-Oriented:/pulliDemonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics./li/ulpAdaptability:/pulliAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes in sales strategies or products./li/ulpEmpathy and Sensitivity:/pulliDisplay genuine empathy, sensitivity, and respect for the needs and concerns of elderly clients./li/ulpTechnical Proficiency:/pulliIntermediate Microsoft, CRM, and software skills./li/ulpCompensation:/pulliRange: $27 - $32/Hourly/li/ulpThis amount is not necessarily reflective of actual compensation that may be earned, nor a promise of any specific pay for any specific employee, which is always dependent on actual experience, education and other factors./ppThis range does not include any additional equity, benefits, or other non-monetary compensation which may be included./ppJoin our team at the Institute on Aging and be part of an organization dedicated to enriching the lives of adults with disabilities, older adults and promoting healthy aging.
