location_onLos Angeles, CaliforniaacutePermanentIntake & Conflicts SpecialistLocation: Los Angeles, CA, Hybrid after 90 day probationary periodCompensation: $60,000–$80,000 annuallySchedule: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM PTEmployment Type: Direct HireLHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a law firm client seeking an experienced Intake & Conflicts Specialist to support new business intake and conflicts operations.ResponsibilitiesReview and validate conflicts and intake requests.Conduct conflicts searches and analyze results using Intapp Open.Research parties and corporate entities using internal and external research tools.Assist with new matter openings.Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure timely processing of requests.Manage multiple time-sensitive assignments in a fast-paced environment.QualificationsRequired:1–5 years of conflicts and intake experience in a law firm environment.Experience using Intapp Open.Experience utilizing corporate research tools such as D&B/Hoovers, Bureau van Dijk, or Capital IQ.Understanding of corporate and legal entity structures.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Preferred:Experience with 3E (Elite) and iManage.Experience with conflicts database maintenance and data management.What You'll BringStrong attention to detail.Ability to work independently and prioritize competing deadlines.Excellent judgment when handling confidential information.Commitment to providing responsive internal client service.California Pay Transparency Notice: The anticipated salary range for this position is $60,000–$80,000 annually.
