We're representing a well-established professional services firm seeking an Assurance Manager to take a leading role across a sophisticated client portfolio.

This isn't simply a role focused on getting engagements over the line. You'll have genuine responsibility for clients, teams, technical decisions and engagement delivery — with the opportunity to build relationships and make an impact beyond the numbers.

• $130,000–$170,000 base salary

What we're looking for

• 5+ years' public accounting experience
• CPA license
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting
• Strong audit and assurance background
• Solid US GAAP, GAAS and PCAOB knowledge
• Experience leading engagements and developing junior team members
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Ability to navigate complex accounting and audit issues
• Real estate experience would be particularly relevant
• Experience with common audit platforms such as CaseWare or ProSystem fx is useful
