Role OverviewThe Production Supervisor leads daily assembly operations by developing people, improving processes, and delivering safe, high-quality, on-time production. This role builds an engaged, accountable team while ensuring operational goals are met for safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily assembly operations to deliver safe, high-quality, on-time production.Develop, coach, and hold production employees accountable.Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.Implement Lean Manufacturing and operational excellence initiatives.Monitor production KPIs and performance.Collaborate across Production, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Supply Chain.What You BringHigh school diploma or equivalent required; technical education preferred.Four or more years of manufacturing experience.Two or more years of manufacturing leadership experience.Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office.Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Benefits & Well-BeingGood work deserves real support.
