Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT at Empowerment Pathways, you will:

• Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans based on individual and family needs.
\n
• Provide therapeutic support to clients, including couples and families, through both joint and individual sessions.
\n
• Address a wide range of issues such as grief, loss, family conflicts, communication difficulties, and job-related stress.
\n
• Guide clients through transitions like separation and divorce, helping them navigate their emotions and establish new norms.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the client’s needs, ensuring a holistic approach to care.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes while complying with relevant regulations.
\n
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client cases, share best practices, and stay updated on new therapeutic methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your therapeutic expertise will primarily benefit couples, families, and individuals facing various emotional challenges. You will specialize in areas such as:

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, you must possess the following:

• A valid and active state LMFT license.
\n
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
