Description Seeking Pediatric Physiatrist to Join Renowned Orthopedic, Sports Medicine & Spine Institute in South Florida Nicklaus Children's Health System and Nicklaus Children's Pediatric Specialists (NCPS), the health system's physician-led multispecialty group practice, have an opportunity for a board-certified or board-eligible (BC/BE) Pediatric Physiatrist to join the Orthopedic, Sports Medicine & Spine Institute. The focus of this role is on the medical orthopedic management of children with chronic, long-term needs providing specialized care to children/adolescents with conditions such as spinal, orthopedic oncology, limb deformities and length discrepancies, sports-related injuries, fractures and traumatic injuries, cerebral palsy, and neuromuscular disorders, collaborating closely with orthopedic surgeons. Qualifications * Board-certified/eligible Pediatric Physiatrist with additional expertise in musculoskeletal disorders focusing on physical impairments, skilled in gait analysis, orthotic prescriptions and bracing, casting for contractures and specialty mobility aids * Strong clinical, research, and teaching abilities About Nicklaus Children's Orthopedic, Sports Medicine & Spine Institute The Institute is dedicated to providing world-class orthopedic care to pediatric and adolescent patients.
