Associate Attorney - Construction Law

A law firm seeks an experienced Associate Attorney to join its construction law practice in Saint Augustine, FL. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex construction matters with a seasoned team, providing a path for professional growth and recognition for strong performance. Responsibilities Represent clients in construction-related litigation, arbitration, and transactional matters. Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts and related agreements. Advise clients on lien law, bond claims, and construction defect issues. Manage a caseload with support from an experienced firm team. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Requirements Minimum 3-5 years of legal experience (construction law experience preferred). Active Florida Bar membership in good standing. Strong research, writing, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage a busy caseload independently. A collaborative, client-focused approach to practicing law. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Active membership in the Florida Bar. Skills Excellent research and writing abilities. Strong negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
