? Hours: 37.5 Hours Per Week
? Contract Length: 36 Weeks

?? Weekly Travel Package: $2,250.50 (for qualified travelers)
?? What You'll Do
As a Special Education Teacher, you will:
?? Provide specialized instruction and academic support to students with diverse learning needs
?? Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
?? Collaborate with general education teachers, families, and support staff
?? Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
?? Support students in achieving academic, behavioral, and social goals
?? Maintain compliance with educational regulations and best practices
? Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university preferred
• Valid State Teaching Certification required
• Special Education Certification preferred
• Learning Behavior Specialist (LBS1) endorsement preferred
• Previous teaching experience preferred
• Must meet all state, local, and federal requirements

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university preferred
Valid state teaching certificate as required by state, contract/district regulations
Minimum of one year experience in teaching environment preferred
State Teacher Certification; Type: Standard Elementary Teaching preferred
State Teacher Certification; Type: Standard Secondary Teaching preferred
State Teacher Certification; Type: Standard Special Teaching preferred
Endorsement: Learning Behavior Specialist (LBS1) preferred
Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
Current CPR if applicable
TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
