The estimated annual base salary range for this position is $53,710 - $67,140. SC Electric Company is seeking a dynamic individual to join our Field Services function. As a Field Service Specialist (Scheduler/Planner), youll be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and supporting our diverse team./ppField Service (Scheduler/Planner) opportunity available at the West Palm Beach, FL Service Center with SC Electric Company. This position is for an individual with extensive experience scheduling SC Field Service teams responsible for executing upgrades, checkouts, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repairs of SC equipment that are installed in the field. This role will work closely with the sales, project management, parts, technical support, and other SC offices/agencies to coordinate field services. Excellent analytical skills and a strong technical background are required./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliCreate, assign, and update SalesForce Cases Work Orders/liliEnter RMAs and Sales Orders in Oracle./liliCoordinate several concurrent field service requests in a timely manner/liliCommunicate with Project Managers to define job needs and identify requirements/responsibilities/liliManage customer specific operating requirements to ensure our work plan covers all Field Service SC needs while meeting customer expectations (paper trail, certifications, timing etc.)/liliAvailable for after-hour and weekend emergency phone support, typically on a rotational basis/liliWork closely with the Global Support Monitoring Center (GSMC) to support customers needs/li/ulpAddition Functions:/pulliMaintain regular and punctual attendance/liliAttend in-person or virtual meetings as requested or required./liliCommunicate effectively and respectfully with others./liliOther responsibilities as assigned./li/ulpWhat youll Need to Succeed:/ppJob Requirements (To select this job at a minimum you must have the following):/ppRequired:/pulli1+ years of experience in an office or dispatcher setting related to customer service./liliStrong customer communication skills, both oral and written/liliKnowledge of and experience with Oracle preferred/liliBasic Microsoft Word, Excel with ability to run reports and extract data, and strong knowledge/experience Outlook./liliSolid writing skills including the ability to take drafts prepared by others to a final format./liliAbility to work as part of a team in a detailed, fast paced, and customer-oriented environment./liliUnderstanding of Salesforce, or similar customer relationship management systems./liliExperience in a customer service or field service-oriented role preferred/liliExcellent organizational and time management skills./liliExcellent problem-solving, interpersonal, Detailed Oriented, and multitasking skills/li/ulpMajor Physical Demands:/pulliStanding: Some tasks are performed in a standing position.
