• Collaborating with sales and production teams to coordinate order details
• Ensuring timely and accurate data entry into ERP systems
• Troubleshooting issues and responding to customer needs effectively What You'll Bring

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and phone communication
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
