The Role
As a Core Technical Architect, you are a pre-sales, customer-facing expert. You apply broad technical skills, Software & Hardware/Semiconductor Manufacturing industry knowledge, and business acumen to help sales teams align Salesforce solutions with our customers’ digital transformation and cloud adoption strategies. You are an important early player in deal cycles to correctly match our solutions to customer challenges, as well as middle of the sales cycle, to support POCs, build rapid technical prototypes, and lead deep dives into our AI, Data, and core cloud products.
- Act as a subject matter expert in business strategy, multi-cloud application architecture, data management, integration, security, and AI.
- Use a consultative approach to understand business requirements and map them to modern IT capabilities.
- Determine optimal technologies to leverage in customer-driven architectures based on product
