Litigation Associate

A growing and dynamic national law firm is seeking an Insurance Coverage & Litigation Associate with a minimum of four years of coverage experience to join its New York City office. Responsibilities will include drafting coverage opinions, reviewing and analyzing claim documents, assessing policy language, litigating declaratory judgement and bad faith actions in New York and other jurisdictions, and providing a broad range of insurance coverage services to clients, including policy language review and development. The position offers flexibility to work remotely or in the office. The firm has a well established insurance practice and represents a diverse range of insurers, businesses, and professionals across the United States.
