Trial AttorneyA dynamic and rapidly growing personal injury and property damage law firm, seeks a highly motivated and passionate Trial Attorney to join their team in their Atlanta, Georgia office.In this role, you will see that clients receive the best care and obtain excellent results. You are expected to meet with clients to discuss their case, show compassion and empathy, and demonstrate an ability to earn their trust, confidence, and respect. You will also update clients and communicate with insurance companies from time to time regarding the status of claims, demands, and offers. In addition, you should be able to prepare the case for trial and try the case if needed.QualificationsFull-timeJuris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school6 or more years of litigation experience5 or more jury trials as first chair preferredMember of the Georgia Bar and in good standingBilingual (English/Spanish) a plusExperience in knowing how to evaluate claims, etc.Superb negotiation skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHave a proactive approach to problem-solvingAbility to work independently in an office environmentTeam-orientedFirm BenefitsThe law firm offers a competitive benefits package for our full-time employees and their families.
