The Henry & Rilla White Youth Foundation, a non-profit human services organization, is seeking a Referral Coordinator / Corporate Administrative Assistant to work in the Tallahassee, FL area.
Essential Function
- Manage referrals received by the Department of Juvenile Justice
- Assign referrals to the appropriate clinicians based on area and availability
- Update internal tracking reports
- Monitor progress of referrals
- Provide status updates as requested by referring partner
- Mange referral booking in Department information platform
- Assist in claims research projects
- CEO and Controller will assign other various projects as needed.
- Work will be primarily completed in office but once proven some work from home options maybe be available a couple of days a week
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED; Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Two years of administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft systems, primarily excel templates
- Ability to work independently with forward thinking
- Manage multiple projects
- Excellent organization skills
- Multitasking: Managing calendars, answering phones, and processing documents simultaneously.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for drafting reports, emails, and greeting visitors.
- Organization: Maintaining records, filing systems, and data entry
