Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' needs and establish personalized goals for recovery.
• Manage a dedicated patient caseload, seeing one individual per hour to ensure focused and personalized care.
• Utilize a variety of evidence-based techniques for diagnosis, intervention, treatment, and rehabilitation.
• Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that incorporate innovative treatment methodologies tailored to individual patient requirements.
• Provide effective therapeutic exercise programs designed to improve strength, flexibility, coordination, and overall mobility.
• Monitor and document the progress of each patient diligently to adjust treatment plans as necessary for optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals within a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
• Actively consult and communicate with patients to motivate them throughout their recovery journey.
• Educate patients about alternative approaches to managing symptoms, reducing reliance on medications, and avoiding unnecessary surgical interventions.
• Maintain meticulous records of patient treatments and progress using EMR software, particularly WebPT.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Your patients will range from post-operative individuals seeking rehabilitation to athletes aiming to regain peak performance levels. By understanding each patient's unique circumstances and goals, you will apply tailored interventions that enhance their functional abilities and overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Current and valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Demonstrated history of integrity and professionalism, with no disciplinary actions against your license.
• Exceptional skills in manual therapy techniques and exercise protocol development.
• Proficiency in EMR systems, especially WebPT, to maximize efficiency and patient care quality.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Experience with various treatment modalities and rehabilitation strategies.
• Proven success in patient engagement and educational outreach regarding health and wellness.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $100,000 to $125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
