LVL - Operations Specialist (SG 2) Starting Pay at $24.57 Paid time off, paid holidays, sick time, tuition reimbursement, 401(k). Requisition Summary 2nd shift works Monday to Friday from 3:30pm to 12:00am 1st shift works Monday to Friday from 6:00am to 2:30pm Effective June 1st, 2025 pay starts at $24.57 per hour with advancement to $29.63 after 48 months of employment based on performance PACCAR offers 12 paid holidays per year, medical/dental/vision, 401k, and pension Responsibilities Position involves standing up to 8 hours per day Use of hand, pneumatic, and vibratory tools Use of machines with moving and cutting parts Push, pull, lift or carry up to 75 lbs. Read, write, and follow written and oral directions on items such as build papers Maintain excellent manual dexterity Qualifications High School diploma or GED is required. Experience with manufacturing/assembly of battery cables, hoses, and hardlines; occasional twisting/rotating at the waist; no heavy lifting above head. Experience with axles, DEF tanks, and battery box; lifting performed with a hoist; small parts work; occasional overhead lifting of lighter weights. Experience with distribution, receiving, stocking & picking; lifting/carrying up to 35 lbs.; push/pull/lift/carrying can occasionally involve 100 lb. hose reels; occasional twisting push/pull motions; repetitive motion; frequent squatting and kneeling; special projects as assigned; safety shoes, glasses, and hearing protection required; cement floors; height adjustable tables; limited use of solvents, detergents, and chemicals. Education High School diploma or GED is required.
