Your role – to provide customers with exceptional customer service with high quality options on replacing their Heating & Air Conditioning systems. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of sales experience Excellent Communicator B2C sales experience or aptitude Sales Must be able to read and write in English. Strong decision‑making abilities Comfortable navigating through multiple software systems Physical Demands Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in the stationary position for 50% of the time. May be required to bend, climb (stairs or ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk and run. May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time. May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying or pushing. Pay Transparency This opportunity ranges as it is commission-based; the anticipated first-year earnings average $150k–$200K . Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
