What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle searches right from the intake phase through to closure.
• Act as a client partner, gaining insight into their hiring requirements, challenges, and culture.
• Source strategically utilizing our proprietary CRM/ATS, alongside your personal network and tools such as our unique communications platform.
• Leverage our platform to efficiently manage candidates, organize outreach, automate follow-ups, and maintain structure.
• Prioritize permanent placements that yield long-term advantages for clients and generous commissions for you.
• Contribute to thought leadership as we uplift not only our brand but yours as well.
