We specialize in ophthalmology and urology procedures, and pride ourselves on a warm, team-oriented culture where every staff member plays a direct role in the patient experience. ABOUT THE ROLEWe're looking for a compassionate, dependable Medical Assistant to support our PACU team as patients recover from same-day ophthalmology and urology procedures. You'll help patients move safely from gurney to recliner and on to discharge, keep our recovery bays clean, stocked, and ready for the next case, and lend a hand at the front desk when needed. If you enjoy hands-on patient care and being part of a small, supportive surgical team, we'd love to meet you.WHAT YOU'LL DOHelp patients transition safely from gurney to recliner, and from recliner to restroom or wheelchair, as they recover from anesthesia.Support patients through discharge, coordinating wheelchair transport and confirming safe pickup.Turn over PACU bays between patients - cleaning, restocking, and resetting for the next case.Keep recovery area supplies stocked and organized throughout the day.Assist the front office team with phones, check-in, and light clerical tasks as needed.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORMedical Assistant certification/training preferred, or equivalent clinical experience.Current BLS certification (or willingness to obtain before start).Comfortable with hands-on patient transfers and post-anesthesia care.A team player who's equally comfortable in the PACU and at the front desk.Prior ASC, PACU, or outpatient surgical experience a plus.WHY JOIN USConsistent Monday–Friday daytime hours - no nights, weekends, or call.A small, close-knit surgical team with direct, meaningful patient impact.Competitive pay and benefits.To apply, submit your resume for consideration.
