Represent clients in divorce, child custody, child support, CPS, enforcement, modification, and related family law matters. Develop case strategies tailored to each client's goals. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement agreements, and other legal documents. Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials. Communicate regularly with clients while providing compassionate guidance throughout the legal process. Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to deliver exceptional client service. Maintain high professional standards and comply with all ethical obligations. Qualifications A Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. An active Texas law license in good standing. Family law experience preferred. Excellent writing, negotiation, and litigation skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. A client-first mindset and commitment to exceptional service. Required Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in Texas and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and client relationship skills. Ability to independently manage a caseload while collaborating with a team. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Commitment to providing exceptional client service. Professional demeanor and high ethical standards. Preferred Qualifications Family law litigation experience. Experience handling hearings, mediations, and contested matters. Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements. Familiarity with Clio, Microsoft Office, Westlaw, or Lexis. Courtroom experience and confidence advocating for clients.
