This role is ideal for an attorney with litigation experience who is looking to further develop their skills while working closely with a collaborative team. Key Responsibilities Represent clients in family law matters including divorce, custody, and support cases Attend court hearings, mediations, and other legal proceedings Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice to clients Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements Maintain organized case files and ensure efficient case management Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and guidance Collaborate with internal team members to support case strategy and execution Meet monthly billable hour requirements Qualifications Licensed attorney with experience in family law Background in litigation and courtroom exposure preferred Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively Excellent communication and client relationship skills Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities Detail-oriented with a high level of organization Interested in hearing more?
