Regional Sales Manager

A leading tire manufacturer is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join their team!

This is an incredible opportunity to join a wonderful company, that boasts phenomenal results for their clients, while also providing a positive and supportive work environment for their team!

This position is 100% remote and candidates may live anywhere in the Southeast region of the US. This is an individual production position and will not be managing a team.

Regional Sales Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

10+ years experience in the tire manufacturing industry
6+ years of New Business Development experience and identifying growth opportunities
Existing Book of Business and relationships with clients who would buy tires
Proficiency in lead generation and building sales pipelines - Must have a hunter mentality!
Successful track record of developing business with factory direct container programs, and utilizing a quality dealer network
Strong skills in contract negotiation, overturning objections and closing deals
Experience with factory-container programs is a huge plus, but not required
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
A results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding target
Ability to travel 50%+ as needed for in-person customer meetings
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
