Staff Accountant

- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to support strategic planning.
- Maintain and improve internal financial controls and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Support audits by preparing required documentation and responding to inquiries.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure compliance with financial standards.
The Successful Applicant A successful Staff Accountant should have:
- A background in accounting or finance, with a strong understanding of financial principles.
- MBA, CPA, or CMA highly desired
- Proficiency in accounting software (NetSuite preferred) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication abilities to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Knowledge of industrial/manufacturing industry practices is a plus.
- Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 USD.
