About the Role

S eeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Gynecologist specializing in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS) . This is a high-volume, established practice in Boulder County with an immediate patient panel. The role focuses heavily on advanced surgical care for complex conditions like endometriosis.

We prefer candidates who are fellowship-trained or possess extensive equivalent experience. The ideal surgeon combines top-tier clinical expertise with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for patient-centered care.

Position Highlights

• High-Volume OR from Day One : Step into a busy practice where the current surgeon performs 12–14 robotic cases weekly. The position comes with an existing five-month patient waitlist.
• Efficient Clinical Support : Nurse practitioners and physician assistants manage the majority of new patient consultations. This structure allows you to focus your time on pre-operative and post-operative surgical care.
• Limited Call Coverage : Call responsibilities are highly restricted and limited only to established surgical patients. No emergency department GYN coverage is required.
• Advanced Infrastructure : Benefit from designated robotic surgical time and system-wide integration with the EPIC EMR platform.
• Multidisciplinary Collaboration : Work alongside established local teams in general surgery, urologic surgery, and interventional radiology.
• Physician-Led Network : Join a collaborative network of more than 2,000 providers across the beautiful Colorado Front Range.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gynecology.
• Specialized expertise or fellowship training in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS).
• Demonstrated interest and skill in advanced endometriosis treatment
