Responsibilities As an Analyst at apre, you will provide support associated with acquisitions and pre-development projects. You will be exposed to various aspects of real estate development including market research, development strategies, underwriting of acquisitions, financial modeling, and project administration. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Perform financial analysis of acquisitions and development opportunities via financial modeling in excel which includes analysis of cash flows and sensitivity analysis Assist with all aspects of acquisitions by performing document control, reading lender documents, and legal contracts, and verifying underwriting among other specialist tasks Perform market research and analyze development proposals to support investment decisions as well as the underwriting of acquisition and development opportunities Managing and maintaining internal metrics and tracking professional performance Prepare presentation materials and proposals Actively involved in the management of development projects including feasibility analysis, entitlement processes, financing, design, contractor selection, and construction management (CM) Qualifications Minimum Requirements include: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in real estate, finance, economics, or business One or more years of related experience in real estate, consulting or in a financial analysis/modeling role Strong analytical/quantitative skills Strong communication skills APRE Consulting LLC is an equal opportunity employer and support workforce diversity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
