HR CoordinatorRequired Education: Associates degree is required Preferred Education: Bachelors degree Required Experience: Manage HR processes, data accuracy, and administrative tasks Experience in fast-paced environments is a plus Required Skills: Strong leadership skills: collaboration, communication, drive for results, effective planning & prioritization Attention to Detail Ability to manage tasks/projects from start to finish Strong problem-solving skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic and matrix environment Can demonstrate sound judgement in social settings Previous work in a fast-paced environment is a plus Position Overview: The HR Coordinator works in partnership with the local HRBP and management team to support the HR processes, including recruitment and onboarding. Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day employee relations and HR related questions, leveraging our internal HR Shared Service model Facilitate HR system processes and data accuracy through local support and counsel Lead and support employee engagement activities Create clear, concise & professional communication material for the HR Department - including flyers, text messages, & emails Support recruiting and onboarding activities Lead and own administrative processes within the HR department**Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.****Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.**
