Desktop Support Engineer
Richmond University Medical Center
Richmond University Medical Center is seeking a Desktop Analyst to join our IT team in New York. You will deliver desktop and network support, install and configure operating systems, manage accounts, and resolve user issues to keep operations running smoothly. Ideal candidates have 1+ year of desktop support experience, familiarity with Windows and macOS, and strong communication skills.
