About the Role Our client, a prominent recruitment consultancy, is seeking a motivated and proactive Recruitment Consultant to join their team based in George . This role involves partnering with businesses across various sectors to understand their staffing needs and deliver exceptional recruitment solutions. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from client engagement to candidate placement, contributing to the company's reputation for excellence. This hybrid position offers a blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility, allowing for a dynamic work-life balance while serving clients in the Western Cape and surrounding regions. Key Responsibilities Manage client relationships, identifying staffing requirements and providing tailored recruitment strategies. Source, screen, and interview candidates, assessing their skills, experience, and cultural fit. Facilitate the interview process between clients and candidates, providing feedback and managing expectations. Negotiate employment offers and ensure a smooth transition for placed candidates. Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the recruitment database. Stay updated on industry trends and market intelligence to advise clients effectively. Requirements Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar sales/client-facing role. Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport and trust with both clients and candidates. Familiarity with recruitment software and LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred. Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid model, balancing office and remote workdays.
