We are partnering with a well-established outpatient multispecialty medical clinic in El Monte, California to find a dedicated

to join their clinical team. This is a part-time opportunity for a certified MA who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. Position Details

$47000 - $52000/yr Start Date:

ASAP Key Responsibilities

Work directly with providers to deliver quality patient care Perform diagnostic tests, administer medications, collect/prepare specimens within scope of practice; practice infection control techniques Prepare patients for exams — escort to exam rooms, measure vital signs, document in EMR Assist providers in exam rooms and instruct patients as directed Answer telephone inquiries and triage messages from patients to physicians Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and appropriately set up before each patient Perform opening and closing duties; upkeep compliance logs Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments through EMR Obtain insurance approvals; prepare and update medical charts and patient records Verify patient billing information and maintain records All other duties as assigned Requirements

Minimum 1 year of Medical Assistant experience — required CMA certification or Medical Assistant diploma — required Active CPT1 certification — required Professional, friendly attitude with patients, physicians, and staff Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations calmly Must be able to work in El Monte, CA Bilingual English/Spanish — highly preferred Familiarity with EMR/EHR software Why Apply Through Us?
