Clinical DietitianTurn Nutrition Expertise Into Better Patient Outcomes.As a Clinical Dietitian, you'll use your expertise in nutrition to help patients achieve better health outcomes as part of an interdisciplinary care team.What You'll DoAssess patients' nutritional needs.Develop individualized nutrition care plans.Provide nutrition education to patients and families.Monitor patient progress and modify plans as appropriate.Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and care planning.Support nutrition-related quality improvement initiatives.Stay current with evidence-based nutrition practices.What We're Looking ForBachelor's or Master's degree in Dietetics/NutritionCompletion of an ACEND-accredited Dietetic Internship, Coordinated program, Graduate program.Registered Dietitian credential within 6 months of hire.Licensure to be eligible to practice as a Certified Dietitian in the State of Wisconsin within one year of hire.Pay & Benefits$27.50 - $42.00 per hour.
