- Hourly Rate: $37.86 (based on experience)
- Benefits: Up to $2,500 relocation allowance (receipts required), sign-on bonus up to $5,000 (paid upon first paycheck), additional bonus after 1-3 years of employment, Competitive pay package discussed upon application
- Provide physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans for patients across outpatient, inpatient, and skilled nursing units
- Implement therapy interventions including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Document patient treatments accurately using Meditech charting system
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Ensure compliance with all safety and privacy regulations
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with patients and staff
Required:
- Valid Kansas PT license
- BLS certification
- Bachelor's degree or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Ability to work 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM shift
- Previous outpatient or inpatient experience
- Strong communication skills and team player attitude
