This role handles general ledger accounting, journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities. You will focus on inventory, cost of goods sold, and manufacturing variances, providing accurate, timely financial information to operations and leadership. Responsibilities Prepare and post journal entries and maintain the general ledger for manufacturing operations. Perform monthly account reconciliations, variance analysis, and resolve discrepancies. Support month-end and year-end close processes and assist with financial statements. Maintain and analyze inventory, cost of goods sold, and manufacturing variances. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for plant operations. Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal control procedures. Support audits by preparing schedules and responding to inquiries. Collaborate with operations, purchasing, and finance teams to improve processes.
