Sr Corporate Recruiter - IT, Manufacturing/Supply Chain-Fremont, CA

Johnson Service Group has partnered with a client and is seeking a Recruiter to support their hiring across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, and other functions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and brings strong experience recruiting within manufacturing or supply chain domains. This is a Contract to hire, onsite opportunity based on performance in Fremont, CA.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT, manufacturing, operations, supply chain and other roles including hourly and professional positions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define job requirements, and develop effective sourcing strategies
• Proactively source candidates through job boards, networking, social media, and employee referrals
• Utilize Workday (or similar ATS) to track candidates, manage pipelines, and ensure an efficient hiring process
• Build and promote a strong employer brand to attract top talent
• Analyze recruiting metrics (KPIs, dashboards) to improve hiring efficiency and outcomes
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding

Qualification

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate technical and manufacturing environments
• Proficiency with ATS platforms, ideally Workday
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environments

Pay: U pto $60/hr.
