Emergency Room RN

Shift: 3:00 PM–3:00 AM
Hours: 48/week
Unit: High-volume Emergency Center with 6-bed behavioral lockdown area
EHR: Meditech required
Requirements: 5+ years ER experience, at least 1 prior travel assignment, BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS or ASLS, CPI
Patient Population: Pediatric through geriatric patients, trauma, CVA, neuro, ortho, behavioral health, and critical care holds
Ratios: 1:4
Volume: Approximately 180–200 visits per day
Skills: Own IV starts, own lab draws, trauma care, vents/critical patients, behavioral health safety, and central monitoring
