Litigation Paralegal

Job Title: Litigation Paralegal

Location: Parsippany, NJ (Hybrid)

Our law firm client is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support a busy business and commercial litigation practice. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience managing litigation matters from inception through trial, particularly in commercial disputes, business dissolution, breach of contract, employment matters, and related corporate litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage litigation calendars, deadlines, and case workflows
• Handle discovery, document production, and trial preparation
• Draft and file court documents, with a strong focus on New Jersey court procedures
• Assist attorneys with case strategy, legal research, and matter organization
• Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Support billing and other case-related administrative functions

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of litigation paralegal experience preferred
• Experience supporting commercial, business, corporate, or employment litigation matters
• Strong knowledge of New Jersey court rules and filing procedures
• Significant discovery and trial preparation experience
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced legal environment

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $65,000 – $90,000 annually . Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
